Coming soon from DJ Absolut.
Neighborhood Push doesn’t even attempt to mask the cocaine in his rhymes with this video. I can’t believe I missed this last week. This is easily the best video I have seen in 2012.
Tip’s first release since completing his latest stint in federal prison is here as of midnight last night. Some cool bits here. I was a little underwhelmed by the Pusha T collab, but the Dr. Dre track made me yearn a tad for Detox (which we will never hear). Best part about this project, TI is off that fakeass role model shit he had been on the past few years. “Trouble Man” has the potential to be a great record.

Looks like Neighborhood Push took some of that Def Jam money to cop some new custom jewelery that reminds of his roots. For one of the simplest and classiest designs, this might be the most gangsta set of pendants I’ve ever seen on a chain…. KEYS OPEN DOORS!
As mentioned on Twitter earlier, Pusha is easily one of my top 5 rappers. I’ll admit he’s seemed a little hit or miss for the past year, but who wouldn’t be shook after their manager took 35 year plea deal. Dudes don’t just take pleas like that because they want the time. They do it to protect those around them that might be implicated. As Push declared on “What Dreams Are Made Of” “the bricks fell, I skipped jail, lived to tell about it … I’m what dreams are made of.”
Vodpod videos no longer available.
Seriously, Malice needs to quit fucking around with this preacher shit and start making some fucking rhymes, because everything I have heard off of Till the Casket Drops has been kinda weak. I want some shit to bump while on my grind…not some neo-bling bullshit.
Wow, I am late w/ everything. This was supposed to be posted like … a week ago, but I’m a slacker as previously mentioned. The stand out track of the month was Dopeman by Pusha T and Cookin’ Soul. As expected, everyone and their brother decided to jump on the beat w/ the best combination being Weezy, Push, and Kool G Rap. The rest of the countdown is the typical cast of characters.
Full countdown below the cut.

After hearing about a collab featuring the Brothers Thorton and Kanye West on a DJ Khalil beat three months ago, I went nuts! Who hasn’t wanted to hear Clipse on some ill shit produced by someone other than the Neptunes. The track finally leaks today, and I feel hella let down. I love the Clipse. Pusha and Malice are the best in the crack rap game, and Pusha might be up one of the top 10 writers working today, period. However, this tune is fairly lacking. I know they want a radio friendly banger, but this tune is only slightly better than Fast Lane or whatever from this summer. To make it even worse, Kanye lyrically shows up both of the Clipse on this tune. Hopefully whatever they did with Hitmen is better.

Play Cloths launched their new Spring lineup for their online store this past week, and I amd really in love most of the stuff they have pressed this time around. Their t-shirts are simple, yet fut and well designed. I really can’t wait to get my hands on either of the two shirts above. As a bonus I am including some track w/ Pusha T on it.
